Where is your film shoot location?
We are located in the scenic mountains behind Thousand Oaks, just a short 20-minute drive from the 101 Freeway. The property resides in the Secondary Zone.
What production amenities do you provide?
We offer a convenient, well-thought-out production experience with much of the essential infrastructure already in place, including:
- Basecamp with Tables & Chairs, Power
- Converted RV for HMU (Hair & Makeup Unit)
- Large Pop-Up Screened Tent for Secondary Basecamp or Holding Area
- Onsite Bathroom
- Wifi in both Basecamp areas
- Shore power available in multiple locations
Is there onsite parking?
Yes, we provide ample parking:
- Main Lot: Space for up to 30 cars
- Secondary Area: Space for 10 cars, plus additional room for cube trucks
Do you offer any additional rentals?
Yes, we have several rentals available to enhance your production, including:
- ATVs for moving gear
- Honda 2200 generators
- Patio heaters
Has the road leading to the property been improved?
For those who visited before June 2024, you’ll be happy to know that the last (and worst) part of the road has been repaved, making access smoother and more comfortable.
Can we get power at different shooting locations?
Yes, shore power is available in multiple areas across the property for your convenience.
